Accessibility
Last updated: June 2026
1. Our commitment
2. Conformance target
3. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML and clear page structure
- Keyboard navigation support for core flows
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Form labels and error identification
- Support for reduced motion preferences
- Ongoing accessibility testing and remediation
4. Known limitations
We are actively improving accessibility across the site. As of June 2026, some areas may still be under review, including complex search interactions and third-party embedded content. We welcome feedback so we can prioritize fixes.
When you follow a link to purchase tickets, you leave VenueView and visit a third-party retailer. Those sites have their own accessibility practices, which we do not control.
5. Feedback and accommodation requests
If you encounter a barrier on VenueView or need assistance accessing our content, please contact us. We will work with you in good faith to provide the information or functionality you need.
